Refund Policy
1. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the product. If you receive multiple products in separate deliveries, the cancellation period expires 14 days after you receive the last product.
This right applies to distance contracts and off-premises contracts as defined in UK consumer law.
2. How to Cancel

3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the product back or you provide evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
In accordance with UK law, we may reduce your refund if the product has been damaged due to your handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
4. Returning the Product
You must send back the product or hand it over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the product unless we have agreed otherwise or unless we failed to inform you that you would have to bear such costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact.
5. Refund Method
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
Under UK consumer law, you may lose your right to cancel if:
- The product has been unsealed and cannot be returned in the same condition
- The product is not in its original condition due to handling beyond what is necessary
- The product has been damaged due to your misuse or negligence
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery
- The product is a perishable item or has been customised
However, you may still be entitled to a refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not match the sample shown, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Defective Products and Your Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly described product, you have the right to:
- Reject the product and receive a full refund within 30 days
- Request a repair or replacement if less than 6 months have passed
- Request a price reduction or final right to reject if repair/replacement is not possible
Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. You must report any defects or damage within a reasonable time, typically within 7 days of receiving the product.
8. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days, in accordance with UK consumer law. The refund will appear in your account within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and ensure your refund is processed promptly.
